No. CMS does not approve templates or credentials, and Health Coach Codes is not affiliated with or endorsed by CMS, the VA, NCHEC, NBHWC, AHNCC or the AMA. The toolkit is an educational resource.
Be skeptical of any product that claims CMS approval for coaching templates.
