Privacy policy
This website is a static site. It does not set tracking cookies, run analytics scripts, or ask you to create an account.
This policy covers healthcoachcodes.com, operated by Subthesis ("we"). Questions: Angel@subthesis.com.
Information this website collects
- No accounts, forms that store data, cookies or analytics. The site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics scripts.
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may record technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. See GitHub's privacy statement for details.
- Fonts. Pages load the Inter and JetBrains Mono fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.
- Search performance. The only measurement tools we use are Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. They report aggregate search data (queries, impressions, clicks) from Google's and Bing's own search results. Neither places code on this site or identifies individual visitors to us.
Email you send us
The contact form opens your own email app; nothing is submitted to this website. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and use it only to reply and handle your request. Please do not send patient information or other protected health information (PHI).
Purchases
The toolkit is sold and delivered through Teachable. When you check out, Teachable and its payment processors collect and process your purchase information under their own privacy policies. We receive the order information Teachable provides to course owners (such as your name, email and purchase record) and use it to deliver the product, provide support, and keep business records.
Links to other sites
Pages link to sources such as CMS, NCHEC and NBHWC, and to LinkedIn and YouTube. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business (such as Teachable and email providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing Angel@subthesis.com. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we will honor verified requests as the law requires.
Children
This site is intended for health professionals and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will change. Material changes will be noted on the Sources & updates page.
