Can group coaching (0593T) be done over video?
Short answer
0593T is on the telehealth list like the other coaching codes. The same documentation rules apply: a group record plus an individualized entry for each billed beneficiary. Confirm telehealth billing details with your MAC.
Remote groups make attendance harder to verify, so note when each participant joined and left.
