Is there a limit on how many coaching sessions Medicare covers?

Short answer

CMS did not finalize frequency limits, "as long as they are reasonable and necessary" (rule pp. 384–385). CMS said it will monitor utilization and may revisit this in future rulemaking.

No limit is not the same as unlimited coverage: each session still needs to be reasonable and necessary and documented as such.
