Short answer

Estimated national non-facility amounts are about $137.69 for 0591T, $74.07 for 0592T and $22.51 per beneficiary for 0593T. These are calculated from Addendum B RVUs and the rule's estimated conversion factor, not published by CMS, and are paid to the billing practitioner.

Facility amounts are lower (about $75.05, $42.09 and $9.79). Actual payment varies by locality (geographic adjustments), setting, sequestration and MAC processing. Use the CMS Physician Fee Schedule Look-Up Tool or your MAC's fee schedule for local amounts once CY 2027 data are loaded.
