Which codes can't be billed on the same day as coaching?
Short answer
CPT parenthetical guidance indicates 0592T shouldn't be reported with 96156, 96158, 96159, 98960, 0488T or 0591T, and 0593T shouldn't be reported with 96164, 96165, 97150, 98961, 98962 or 0403T. Verify against the current CPT code set and NCCI edits.
