Does CMS list documentation requirements for health coaching?

Short answer

Not specifically. The final rule's coaching section (pp. 374–387) lists no coaching-specific documentation, referral, plan-of-care or consent requirements. Follow general incident-to and time-based documentation practice and your organization's policies.
