How do I document a group (0593T) session?

Short answer

Keep a group record (topic, modality, start and stop times, roster) plus an individualized entry for each billed beneficiary describing their participation, progress and next step. Never copy one entry across the group.

0593T is billed once per beneficiary, so each beneficiary's record must stand on its own. See 0593T group coaching.
