Short answer

CMS named "fulfilling the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching National Standards" as a pathway. As with every pathway, the coach furnishes under general supervision and the practitioner bills.

Veteran coaches: NBHWC reports that its certification exam fee can be reimbursable under the Post-9/11 GI Bill. Check NBHWC and the VA for current details.
